Meet Dr. Mahil

Dr. Sabrina Mahil moved to the Pacific Northwest from New York City, where she lived for seven years. She completed her oral and maxillofacial surgery residency at New York Presbyterian Hospital – Weill Cornell. While there, she had the unique opportunity to complete her medical degree (M.D.) at the Weill Cornell Medical College and has found it to be invaluable in treating her patients. After completing her residency she worked as a full time academic oral surgeon at Weill Cornell Medical College treating patients in a faculty practice, teaching dental students and training future oral surgeons.

Originally from California, Dr. Mahil attended the UCLA School of Dentistry. She then completed a one year general dentistry residency in Philadelphia and this experience allowed her the opportunity to discover her passion for oral and maxillofacial surgery.

Dr. Mahil’s area of expertise is in extractions, bone grafts, dental implants, orthognathic surgery and treating trauma to the maxillofacial structures as well as benign pathological conditions of the jaws and oral cavity.

After 9 years of being an “East Coaster” she was ready to get back to her west coast roots and continue her career in the beautiful PNW. She takes pride in being an oral surgeon who takes the time to understand her patients’ needs and makes sure to spend time with her patients during the consultation to provide helpful information. She is approachable, personable and always willing to work with her patients to help them achieve their goals.

When not in the office, she enjoys exploring her new surroundings in the beautiful PNW, and spending time with her husband, kids (a son & a daughter) and their rescue dog, Dexter. If you have any suggestions on a great book to read she will take it as she loves to read novels, non-fiction and biographies. At the end of the day, Dr. Mahil wants you to know that you are in great hands when being treated by her. Her first and foremost concerns are always your comfort, safety and providing you with excellent care.
